We were pleased to secure planning permission for this Client for a double storey rear extension and single storey side extension. The extensions will accommodate 4 good sized bedrooms with an additional bathroom at first floor level. At ground floor level, the proposals entail a remodel to allow more daylight to penetrate the house and give a better connection to the garden. A study and generous utility room were also incorporated. The building control application has been submitted and its hoped to commence the building works in Spring 2019.
