    Deductible Fee

    If you decide to proceed with our full services, the cost of this appraisal will be deducted from the overall project fee — making it a great first step towards creating your dream space with us.

    Note: If you’ve not yet obtained a measured survey of your property (we can help organise this!) we would work off of the estate agents floor plans. Estate agents floor plans are not always accurate, so there is some risk here.

    What Might the Report Look Like?

    Here are 2 examples, the first one is for extension and alteration works to an existing house. The second one is considering feasibility for a small development.

    What are the Fees?

    Firstly, we will need the address of the property where work is to be carried out – and we will need to know some detail of what work you want to do. We can then confirm which of the below fees apply to you.

    This can be done prior to the meeting, or you could choose to convert your Option B meeting into an Option C meeting when we visit.
